Often I am photographing newborns and toddlers, so when a couple contacts me and wants photos of them and their dog, it can get pretty exciting! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE working with the babies and children, it’s my passion; But I almost feel like I’m working with professional models when I have 2 adults
. C and K also brought along their beautiful black lab, Ash. She was so energetic and well behaved! I definitely have some awesome shots of her where she completely stole the show, but I’m keeping those under wraps until after C and K see them–don’t want to spill all the good stuff right away! Even with the warmer temps (meaning 30°), by the end of the session we were all pretty cold, and I was wet practically head to toe due to the massive amounts of snow we’ve got this year. Only the narrow paths were packed down, everywhere else (ie. where I had to stand to get the shot) was thigh deep! We ended the session with a cute little ‘winter picnic’ of hot chocolate and bright snowflakes C and K made themselves! Enjoy this little preview!!
PS. Look closely at the purple snowflake, notice the ‘I ♥ U’ cut into the design. How cute is that?!
